Returns & refunds

Everything here is second-hand and graded by hand before it's listed. The condition shown on each item is what I've actually seen when checking the disc or book — not a generic description.

If something arrives faulty or not as described

Contact me within 14 days of delivery and I'll refund you in full, including return postage. That covers a disc that won't play, a title that doesn't match the listing, or damage in transit.

If you change your mind

Send it back within 14 days in the condition it arrived and I'll refund the purchase price. Return postage is on you in this case.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.
